Block
The block is used with our pain relief exercise programs and corrective exercise programs. It is used to provide resistance to help activate and strengthen muscles. It is also used to help increase joint range of motion.
Foam Roller
Foam rollers are used to help loosen tight, restricted areas of the body. These tight areas, often called trigger points, are usually a result of trauma, overuse, scar tissue, poor posture and improper joint mechanics.
Strap
The strap is used with our pain relief exercise programs and corrective exercise programs. It is generally used as a prop to help perform abduction (outward movement) type exercises and is also used to help stretch tight muscles.
