Pain Relief, Posture Correction and Proper Strength Training
Are you having trouble with chronic pain, do you need more flexibility or do you want to learn how to strengthen your body the correct way? If you answered yes than Myoforce is the place for you. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or a desk jockey; everyone can benefit from the programs that Myoforce offers. What makes Myoforce so unique is how we bridge the gap between corrective exercises and proper strength training - it all starts from the assessment.
From our in depth assessment we can identify structural deviations, such as muscle imbalances and joint misalignments, that are often associated with poor movement patterns and pain. Too many people are strengthening their bodies’ imbalances on a daily basis. With the assessment, the guesswork is now gone. We will have all the information to develop a structured, thoughtfully sequenced strength training routine.
