owner of Perfect Postures and Myoforce.net, is an exercise physiologist / biomechanist who has been helping people with pain and movement restrictions for over 17 years. He has traveled extensively consulting other health care professionals and has set up mobile clinics to help with clients’ pain and limitations. His clients range from children to adults as well as many collegiate, high school, professional and Olympic athletes.
Chris Householder completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at University of Massachusetts Amherst. Chris is Perfect Postures certified up to level 3 and continuing on. Chris is looking to grow with personal training knowledge and certifications. He has also coached baseball players as well as junior varsity level basketball players.
Carol-anne completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Lasell College in 2011. As part of her undergraduate education, she honed her training and conditioning skills through internships at both Harvard University and Emmanuel College. Upon graduation Carol-anne secured a job at Beacon Hill Athletic Club and while working there obtained her Personal Trainer Certification from the N.S.C.A. Carol-anne has completed Levels 1, 2 & 3 of the Perfect Postures Certification and plans to continue with the remaining levels. She currently works full time at Perfect Postures/Myoforce.
